Please be advised that your use of www.emmonsent.com (the "Site") in any manner, whether by browsing, participating in an on-line activity or promotion or making a purchase constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. Emmons Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By using this Site following any such change you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as changed. As such Emmons Enterprises recommends you review these Terms of Use each time you visit this Site.

If, at any time you do not agree to or cannot comply with any of these Terms of Use, you should not, and are not allowed to, access or use this Site. In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use Emmons Enterprises reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity.
30 Day Return Policy
How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from date of invoice to return an item (in case of backordered items you have 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

Items must be new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Contact Emmons Enterprises at customerservice@emmonsent.com for further instructions regarding item returns.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

All refunds are processed to the original credit card used for payment, therefore return authorization is provided to the original purchaser only.

If there is an error in your order, please contact us at customerservice@emmonsent.com as soon as possible so we can correct the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will do our best to correct the error. Item must be unused and in all of its original packaging to be repolaced.
Backorders Policy
The people at Emmons Enterprises try hard to process and ship your order quickly. But, on occasion an item may be backordered. We at Emmons Enterprises will make every attempt to ship the backordered item(s) within 15 days. If we can't fulfil your order within the 15 day period, we make every attempt to notify you by e-mail. If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please refer to our cancellation policies above. The deadline for cancelling a backordered item is one business day BEFORE the scheduled release date.

Cancellations Policy
E-mail Emmons Enterprises at customerservice@emmonsent.com with your request.

If you need to cancel your order it must be done before your item is shipped. We cannot cancel an order once it is already in transit, or allocated to ship. You must request your cancellation by e-mailing to the above address. Your request will be documented by an Emmons Enterprises representative. Your order is not cancelled until we can check with the warehouse/distributor to be sure it has not shipped. If the order can be cancelled we will contact you by e-mail. Once your item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled in route. Refusing shipment on your order is not the proper way to cancel an order and will significantly delay refund or credit, and you will incur expenses needlessly. If you want to cancel you must follow the cancellation policies.

If you do not want your order after it has already shipped or been delivered, please refer to Terms and Conditions above to find out how to return or exchange merchandise.
Emmons Enterprises attempts to display the colors of our merchandise shown on this site as accurately as possible. However, because every monitor varies in their color display, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

While Emmons Enterprises strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Emmons Enterprises reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or ommissions and to change or update information at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Emmons Enterprises shall have the right, in its sole descretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, Emmons Enterprises will issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Color, Pricing & Product Information Policies
If you have found another item that you prefer over the one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item per our policies. Once the return has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
To Exchange An Item
Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately to UPS 1-800-PICK-UPS, FEDEX 1-800-GO-FEDEX, or the carrier that delivered the item promptly. Please also notify Emmons Enterprises by e-mailing shipping@emmonsent.com, and we will assist you in getting the problem resolved.

If an item is missing from your package, please first check the packing slip to make sure that it is not on backorder. If it is not listed as being on backorder please e-mail Emmons Enterprises at customerservice@emmonsent.com so we can check your order to make sure your item is on it's way.

Emmons Enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost but we have a tracking # confirming delivery to your location, you should report this missing package to UPS 1-800-PICK-UPS , FEDEX 1-800-GO-FEDEX, or the carrier that delivered the item. If your package has been confirmed by the carrier as missing, you and not Emmons Enterprises assume the responsibility for the entire loss. If your package has been lost please e-mail Emmons Enterprises at customerservice@ emmonsent.com. We will make every attempt possible to help you find your package.
Damaged, Incomplete or Lost Orders
A Defective Item
All warranties are between the appliance manufacturer and you the purchaser. We make no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your appliance.

In the unlikely event of receiving defective equipment, we will replace your unit free of charge during the first week of receiving the item. Refunds will not be processed on defective units. After one week of receiving the product, you and not Emmons Enterprises assume the responsibility for contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement and assume the entire cost of all servicing, shipping, or repair required by the manufacturer, for repair or replacement.

If the item you have received is missing a part, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you. You can usually find contact information listed in the product manual that came with the item.

Customer agrees to the terms published in this Information Section by virtue of placing an order with our company. Placing an order from Emmons Enterprises signifies that you have read and agreed to all company policies. Please contact us immediately (help@emmonsent.com) if there is a problem so that we may get you your refund faster in keeping with our terms above. It has been our experience that contacting your credit card company prior to us significantly delays your credit. Emmons Enterprise maintains the right to refuse and/or refund to anyone who does not follow the rules and regulations stated in the policy. All unauthorized returns will be sent back at owners expense

Our policy is to maintain the privacy and security of our customers. Emmons Enterprises does not and will not sell, release to , or give away any of its customer information. This information includes but is not limited to , your name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, fax number, credit card information, or any information about you the customer.

Emmons Enterprises only uses personal information from you to verify the validity of the purchase and process the shipment. If problems arise with an order we will contact you.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be by best shipping method based on package weight and dimensions with
either Fedex, UPS or DHL. Customer pays for all shipping fees at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of customer to notify Emmons Enterprises of any lost or damaged shipments. Contact Emmons Enterprises (customerservice@emmonsent.com) regarding any traces and/or claims on lost or stolen packages. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Emmons Enterprises does not ship internationally. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
